AUTOMATIC AUTOCLAVE VERTICAL

For sterilization of culture media, glassware, utensils instruments etc. in steam under pressure. Steam lined construction. Outer & inner body is made of stainless steel, Lid is made of stainless steel & provided with a radial locking systems, worked by a paddle at the bottom . Gasket is of neoprene rubber, hydraulically tested up to 40 psi. The chamber is absolutely leak proof & can be operated at any selected point in between 5 to 20 pound per sq. inch. It is provided with safety valve pressure gauge, pressure release valve, water level indicator with cord & plug.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

Automatic controller has following features:

SET TEMPERATURE: This parameter sets the sterilization temperature. The instrument maintains the PV at this temperature for defined sterilization time set via soak time parameter.

SOAK TIME: This parameter sets the sterilization time for the process.
The instrument maintains PV at Set Point for this time.

PURGE-OFF SP: This parameter sets the temperature at which Purge output is deactivated.

PURGE-ON SP: This parameter sets the temperature at which Purge output is activated after the START command is issued via front panel.

EXHAUST SETPOINT: This parameter set the temperature at which the Output 2 deactivates when cycle is over. Output2 works as a Purge output when cycle is in progress & works as an Exhaust output when cycle is over.

HIGH ALARM SET: This parameter sets the temperature at which alarm should occur. DC buzzer is connected here.
